NTRCA 6th Gonobiggopti 2025 circular published to recruits 1 Lakh Teachers

In a major move to address the ongoing teacher shortage across MPO-listed private educational institutions in Bangladesh, the Non-Government Teachers' Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) is set to release its 6th public recruitment notice (6th Gonobiggopti) today, Monday, June 16, 2025.

According to NTRCA, the circular will be available on its official website https://ntrca.gov.bd by evening and will be published in national daily newspapers on Tuesday, June 17.

Over 100,000 Teaching Vacancies in Private Institutions Across Bangladesh

Currently, there are 101,142 vacant teaching positions in non-government schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical institutions. Among these:

• 46,414 positions are under the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE)

• 54,728 positions are in madrasas and technical institutes

However, after the final verification process, the number of posts is expected to slightly decrease, with over 90,000 teaching positions likely to be included in the final list under this 6th circular.

NTRCA Chairman Confirms: "All Preparations Completed"

Acting NTRCA Chairman Muhammad Nure Alam Siddique confirmed that all preparations were finalized before the Eid holidays:

“We had already decided to publish the 6th Public Notice on June 16. The board approved it on June 4. Now we are only waiting for publication on the website and newspapers.”

Application Starts June 22, Deadline July 10

Applications for the NTRCA 6th Public Notice 2025 will begin on June 22, 2025, and continue until July 10, 2025. The application fee can be submitted until July 13.

How Many Institutions Can a Candidate Choose?

Each applicant can select a maximum of 40 educational institutions as their preferred workplaces. Additionally, applicants can indicate their interest in working in other institutions if not selected for their top choices.

Eligibility Criteria: Age and Registration Certificate Validity

To apply for the NTRCA 6th circular:

• Maximum age limit: 35 years as of the date of the final result publication

• Registration certificate must be valid for at least three years

Applicants over 35 or with expired registration certificates are not eligible to apply.
